Safety

Safety of our users is a priority for us. It's however your responsibility to maintain your own personal safety when travelling and organising your travel plans with other members. With the help of Auckland Police Department we have made a list we recommend you to do in order to travel as safe as possible.
  1. If at any point you have doubts or feel uncomfortable with your travelpartner then you shouldn't travel with them.
  2. Check your travelpartner's identification to make sure you are travelling with the right person.
  3. At the start of a journey text or inform a relative or friend. Include car registration, drivers name and estimated time of arrival at your destination.
  4. If leaving the car, even for short time, take your belongings with you.
  5. Don't show your money to a driver.
  6. In an emergency ring 111.
